My Mixcloud journey so far
I’ve been uploading my DJ sets to my mixcloud profile for about six months now. It’s a great place to share mixes without worrying about takedowns, and I love the community feedback. I mainly post house and techno, but I’ve also experimented with some lo-fi hip-hop. The only downside is the discovery algorithm—it’s not as good as SoundCloud for finding new listeners, but the audio quality makes up for it. I’ve connected with a few producers who send me tracks to feature. If you’re into underground electronic music, check out my page. I update weekly, though sometimes life gets in the way.
